Customer Liability
Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and use of products after delivery. We are not liable for accidents resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines provided with products.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited to specific circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened gas cylinders, used equipment, dry ice (once delivered), custom gas mixtures
Returnable Items
Defective equipment (unused), wrong products delivered, damaged packaging
Return Process
Notify within 24 hours, provide photos/videos, await inspection, process takes 7-10 days
Refund Policy:
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of return approval
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items
- Credit note issued for corporate accounts instead of refund
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows:
